Description
The Fire Fighting Robot (FFR) is an Arduino-based autonomous robot designed to detect and extinguish fire automatically. The robot uses dual flame sensors to detect the presence and direction of fire. Once the flame is detected, the Arduino Uno processes the sensor data and controls the motors through the motor driver to move the robot toward the fire source.
When the robot reaches the fire, a water pump system is activated to spray water through a pipe controlled by a servo motor, helping to extinguish the flame. The robot demonstrates the practical application of robotics, automation, sensors, and embedded systems.
This project is ideal for engineering students, diploma students, robotics learning, and science exhibitions. It helps students understand concepts such as sensor-based navigation, fire detection systems, and automated response mechanisms.
