This is a Dual Axis Solar Tracking System based on Arduino Nano designed for engineering students, school science exhibitions, and renewable energy demonstration projects. The system automatically tracks the sun in both horizontal and vertical directions using LDR sensors, ensuring that the solar panel always faces maximum sunlight for better power generation.
A 5W solar panel is mounted on a strong and smooth 3D printed dual-axis mechanism, driven by two high torque MG995 servo motors. This project is a perfect working model to demonstrate the concept of solar tracking and energy optimization.
