Description
The Automatic Smart Dustbin Project is a ready-to-use educational project designed for engineering students, diploma students, polytechnic students, and science exhibitions. The project uses a Nano Arduino Board, HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor, and a Servo Motor to automatically open and close the dustbin lid when a hand is detected near the sensor, providing a touch-free waste disposal demonstration.
The system is powered by two 9V non-rechargeable batteries and includes a power switch for convenient operation. This project helps students understand ultrasonic sensing, distance measurement, servo motor control, embedded systems, and automation concepts through practical learning.
